The 2020 Spring Conference will be held at the Talking Stick Resort.  The most distinct resort and entertainment destination have opened its doors in Scottsdale, Arizona.  The Talking Stick Resort is an enterprise of the Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community.  Offering the luxuries of a resort while providing guests with exceptional service and a wide array of options for unmatched entertainment. While relaxing in one of the 496 deluxe rooms, guests will enjoy upscale amenities, such as a rejuvenating open-air spa; 5 unique dining options; 5 entertainment lounges including a 640-seat Showroom; a lively gaming floor; full-service pool and more than 100,000 square feet of indoor/outdoor conference space.  Two 18-hole golf courses on the property offering two distinctly different golf experiences.  The conference dates are April 6-8, 2020.

• 8:00 am   NCTA Board Meeting
• 11:30 am  Arrive at the golf club for the 1st  Annual NCTA Scholarship Scramble Tournament.  Box lunches will be provided.
• 12:00 pm  1st  Annual NCTA Scholarship Scramble Tournament shotgun start at the Talking Stick Golf Club.  Awards ceremony to follow.
• 5:30-7:00 pm   NCTA Welcome Reception

Tuesday, April 7, 2020
• 8:00 am-12:00pm  Plenary Session
• 12:30-3:30 pm  Breakout Session
• 5:00-7:00 pm Scottsdale Grand Gala Reception

REGISTRATION
The registration fee of $700.00  for members and $900.00 for non-members covers the registration packet of information, admission to all conference sessions,  the Monday and Tuesday night receptions, continental breakfast on Tuesday and Wednesday,  and all refreshment breaks. 

SCHEDULE
This year our program will feature two receptions.  NCTA will not be hosting a dinner.  This will provide the attendee with two social occasions for networking opportunities as well as two occasions to host or attend customer events. 

GOLF:  Scottsdale Scholarship Scramble
This year NCTA is introducing a new tradition;  the Scholarship Scramble Golf Tournament.  This golfing opportunity will not only serve as a valuable networking opportunity but also support the NCTA scholarship fund.  All proceeds from the tournament will support our Member's Children Scholarship opportunities.  The tournament will feature multiple ways for your company to participate.  Please CLICK HERE to see how your company can support this worthy cause.

TRAVEL
Scottsdale is located east of the state capital of Phoenix.  The closest airport is Phoenix's Sky Harbor, which is located approximately 25 miles from the resort.  Sky Harbor is serviced by all the major airlines and often has excellent values.  Please remember that Sky Harbor Airport has three terminals.  Click here to view the airport map.

The rental car facility is on the airport property but housed in a separate building that can be accessed by taking a shuttle bus.  Car reservations are highly encouraged as vehicles are limited for walk-up customers.  Uber and Lyft are also a ready option.

Looking for offsite group activities, we offer a variety of options.  The Odysea in the Desert just a mile from the resort. OdySea in the Desert is a one-of-a-kind entertainment destination that features six major attractions, including OdySea Aquarium, Butterfly Wonderland, Titanic: The Artifact Exhibition, Pangea Land of the Dinosaurs, Surprise Your Eyes, and Polar Play Ice Bar, in addition to 20 dining, shopping, and amusement venues. The outdoor courtyard regularly hosts a variety of free events and family entertainment throughout the year. Parking is free, and there is no admission required to enter OdySea in the Desert.
